ScheduleTrue™

Terms of Use

Last updated: October 21, 2026

These terms apply to your use of ScheduleTrue at scheduletrue.com, provided by The Concept Factory LLC, a Virginia limited liability company ("we," "us"). By using ScheduleTrue you agree to these terms.

Free pilot

ScheduleTrue is currently offered free as a pilot. Features may change, and we may end the pilot at any time. If we introduce paid plans, we will tell you before you are charged anything, and you will not be charged unless you choose a paid plan.

What ScheduleTrue does, and doesn't do

ScheduleTrue checks a sales report file against a price list you provide, suggests corrections, and produces a file and report for you to review. It is a checking aid, not legal, accounting or contract-compliance advice. ScheduleTrue does not submit anything to the U.S. General Services Administration (GSA) or any government system.

You are responsible for your report

You are responsible for reviewing every line of any file ScheduleTrue produces, for the accuracy and completeness of everything you submit to GSA, and for meeting your contract's reporting obligations and deadlines. Automated suggestions can be wrong. Check them before you accept them, and contact your GSA contracting officer or the GSA Vendor Support Center if you are unsure about a reporting rule.

Your files stay on your computer

The files you check are processed in your web browser and are not uploaded to or stored by us. See our Privacy page for details, including what our pilot sign-up form collects.

GSA's rules can change

GSA may change its reporting template or rules at any time. We work to keep ScheduleTrue current, but we cannot guarantee it reflects every change. Always confirm against the current template on the FAS Sales Reporting Portal.

Not affiliated with the government

ScheduleTrue is an independent product of The Concept Factory LLC and is not affiliated with or endorsed by GSA or any government agency.

No warranty

ScheduleTrue is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

Limit of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, The Concept Factory LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any lost profits, penalties, rejected submissions or contract actions, arising from your use of ScheduleTrue. Our total liability for any claim relating to ScheduleTrue is limited to the amount you paid us for it in the twelve months before the claim, which during the free pilot is zero.

Acceptable use

Don't misuse ScheduleTrue, interfere with it, or try to access it in ways other than through the website.

Our work

ScheduleTrue™, its software and its content belong to The Concept Factory LLC. The files you check, and the files ScheduleTrue produces from them, belong to you.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia.
